Six parametric generators with browser controls and a 3D preview. The export service generates STL files from your settings. Inspect the export in your slicer and calibrate fits for your printer. No signup or watermarks.
Gear Generator
Eight gear forms from one involute engine: spur, helical, herringbone, their internal versions, racks and 90 degree bevel pairs. The preview helps you check the arrangement. Printed engagement also depends on tooth compatibility, shaft alignment and calibrated clearances.
Module 0.3 to 75 mm, pressure angle, profile shift and helix angle
Hex, square, round and keyway bores generated in place
Bevel pairs export as wheel plus pinion in one ZIP
Screws, threaded rods, nuts and washers with five thread profiles: metric 60 degree per ISO 68-1, trapezoidal per ISO 2904, Acme per ANSI B1.5, buttress and square. Dimensions prefill from ISO tables M2 to M20 and stay fully editable.
Six head shapes with hex-socket or Torx recesses
Multi-start and left-handed threads with blunt-start lead-ins
Print undersize compensation for real printed fits
Parametric storage boxes with an optional lipped lid. Wall, bottom and lid thickness are separate parameters, and the lid clearance is adjustable in 0.05 mm steps, so you can adjust it after a calibration print.
Print-in-place sliding bearings in standard and custom sizes, a faithful pure-Python port of Ada Cohen's MIT-licensed bearing generator. Two or three nested rings form sliding surfaces. The design contains no balls or rollers. Test clearance and free movement on a printed sample.
Ventilation grilles and covers in rectangular or round outlines with four fill patterns: slats, hex, circles or solid. Frame width, slat width and gap are millimeter inputs, and optional mounting holes land on the frame.

Pegboards and matching hooks on a 24 mm grid. Choose rows and columns for the board; the grid spacing is fixed, then generate hooks that thread or slot into the same grid, so wall organization comes off one printer.
Find module, pitch diameter and center distance, or compare the speeds in a planetary gear set. Each calculator includes its formula, a worked example and the limits of the result.
